For
twenty-three years, Rick has handled personal injury, wrongful
death, employment, and civil rights cases in Federal and State Courts all over
Nebraska. He has argued cases before the Nebraska Court of Appeals,
Nebraska Supreme Court and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Rick is very active in the community. He has served as President of the
Lincoln Tennis Association and Cornhusker Council-Boy Scouts of America.
Rick is married to former Omahan Janet Marcil whom he met at Bradley
University. They have three children, Philip, Connor, and Madeline.
